I run a tight ship with my Project Manager, Austin. He’s the guy on-site making sure everything goes exactly to plan. He knows framing and finish carpentry inside out, and he’s great at keeping you in the loop while the work is happening. Between the two of us, we handle the heavy lifting of project management and make sure the job gets done right. We aren't here to give you a slick sales pitch; we’re here to do solid work and communicate clearly from day one.

How We Work (The Money Part)
Honest Pricing. 100% Transparency.
I believe in being totally transparent about money because that's where the headaches usually start in this industry.
We run on a "cost-plus" model, adding a flat 30% markup to labor and materials. Here is the advantage for you: because we use the exact same trusted trade professionals on every single job, we secure excellent rates from our subcontractors. We pass those savings directly on to you, meaning you get top-tier work for a better bottom line.
When it comes to project management, I don't try to hide my time in a padded line item. We bill project management as a completely separate hourly fee. A good rule of thumb for our projects: for every 2 to 4 hours of physical labor happening on your site, there's about 1 hour of management happening behind the scenes to keep the schedule on track and the quality high. You know exactly what you are paying for, every step of the way.
